USD 1 per person per day new infrastructure tax imposed by the Zanzibar Revenue Board. This tax is charged directly on the hotel bill and payable to the hotel direct upon check out. Applicable to both adults and children.

  • HALF BOARD (HB): 25$ per person per day.
  • HB meal plan includes breakfast and 3 course dinner (a starter, a main course and a dessert). No drinks included.
  • FULL BOARD (FB): 40$ per person per day.
  • FB meal plan includes breakfast, lunch and 3 course dinner (a starter, a main course and a dessert). No drinks included.
  • PLEASE NOTE THAT IN THE PEAK SEASON (23 DECEMBER – 10 JANUARY) HB MEAL PLAN IS MANDATORY

Extra charge / Reductions

  • Single Occupancy: 70% of double room rate.
  • Adult extra bed: +35% or double room rate.
  • Kid 0 – 4 yrs: free (baby cot available on request – free of charge).
  • Kid 5 – 13 yrs: +25% of double room rate, sharing with 2 adults.
  • 1 kid sharing with 1 adult: full room rate.

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT TIMES

  • Check-in: 1.00 pm / Check-out: 10.00
  • Late check out or day use after 10am is on request and upon availability, as well as early check. Both can’t be secured at the reservation.

Transfers

  • Available on request. Reservation required 24h before the arrival.
  • From/to airport, harbour, Stone Town (45 min.): 50$ per vehicle, one way.
  • From other hotels or areas, rates on request.

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS

  • Confirmation: we require a 30% advance deposit at least 30 days before the arrival date. Balance has to be paid no later than 14 days before the arrival.
  • Peak Season: 50% deposit is required at the reservation. Balance has to be paid no later than 30 days before arrival. Both are not refundable.
  • Walk in, last minute reservations: entire payment is required at the arrival.
  • Deposit: can be paid by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex) with surcharge of 5% on each transaction.
  • We accepts payments in cash USD (main currency), Visa and MasterCard (+ 5% will be charged). We accept also Euro and Tanzanian Shilling on request and according the hotel rate.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event of cancellation, the following rules shall apply:

  • up to 30 days prior to arrival: no cancellation fee
  • from 29 days to arrival : 100% cancellation fee
  • no show, cancellation, change done on site: 100% cancellation fee.
